What items do you sell?
We are currently in our early stages but we will offer merch, local raw honey, raw milk, live cows and chicks, hatching eggs, fresh flowers, and more!
How can your items be purchased?
Merch can be ordered online. For all other items, please email us for a custom invoice!
How do you ensure the welfare of your animals?
We spend time with our animals throughout the day, every day! They receive food twice per day and always have fresh water and grass or hay available. Our animals are used to seeing their human family members and getting petted and snuggled daily. They also are regularly seen by our vet to make sure they are in tip-top shape! Healthy animals are happy animals!
When will my order ship?
We have teamed up with a printing service for most of our merch! Orders typically leave their facility within 2 weeks.
Ready to ship products usually leave the warehouse within 48 hours.
What is your exchange/return policy?
Exchanges can take place within 10 days of receiving your products. Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging. Items cannot smell of smoke, perfume, etc. for the safety of our customers. Once your item is received in acceptable condition, we can process your replacement.
Reuturns can take place within 10 days of receiving your products. Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging. Items cannot smell of smoke, perfume, etc. for the safety of our customers. Once your item is received in acceptable condition, we can process your refund. Please note: the bank is responsible for refunds. All we can do is hit a button to get it processing, after that it is up to them. It can take several days to make it back to your account.
This applies to merchandise only. Live animals and perishable goods are final sale only. Refunds and exchanges do not apply to these products.
