Laree Ranch is for the ones who have spent years shrinking — performing a version of themselves that was easier for other people to hold. We don't ask that of you here.
Laree Ranch exists so that outsiders have somewhere to belong without having to pretend. We trade in beauty—the dark, specific kind most places won't touch—because we know firsthand that the most extraordinary things grow from the hardest ground.
Our Story
The name Laree is a family acronym. It means crowned with glory. We didn't choose a crow as our mascot — the crow chose us. And by the time it did, we understood why.
Laree Ranch was founded in 2024, born out of a season of profound loss and profound change. For years, our founder Alivia poured herself into the full-time care of her medically complex daughter, Lillian—a beautiful girl who lived with Trisomy 18, and who lived, by every measure, more fully than most people manage in a lifetime. Lillian never pretended to be someone she wasn't. She found joy in hard places. She taught everyone around her that beautiful things don't require easy circumstances to grow.
Lillian passed away in 2021, seven weeks before her fifth birthday, due to a surgeon's error.
When the ranch came in 2024, it came out of need. The particular ache of a caretaker whose children had grown more independent, who felt the shape of what was missing. Ranch life fills something. The animals, the land, the daily work of growing things—it holds a part of what Lillian left behind.
The crows arrived on their own. And Alivia realized she needed them more than they needed her. They showed her—the way Lillian had always shown her—that you don't have to fit in. That you can embrace exactly who you are. That there is beauty in the darkness, and that darkness is not the opposite of life.
Crowned with glory. The name was always right. We just had to live enough of our story to understand it.
Mission
Laree Ranch exists to cultivate beauty that doesn't apologize for its edges — in the land, in the animals, in the people who find their way here. We grow real things, and we make space for people who have always been a little too much, or not enough, for everywhere else.

A cult brand, a working ranch, and a creative legacy — built without permission and without compromise. A known name at the intersection of rural life and dark aesthetics, anchored by a community that chooses depth over palatability. Built on our own terms, or not at all.
